Charter does not offer a whitelist.

Certification Services

Charter uses the Return Path Certified whitelist in mail delivery decisions. Mail from IPs on the Return Path Certified list will see better delivery at Charter domains.

Support for Senders

Charter does not provide for senders. Senders who have email blocked at Charter can request unblocking by sending the blocked email to unblock@ charter.net. This email must come directly from the original source, not fowarded. Charter staff will review the email and make decisions about future blocking. They will not provide any feedback to the submitter on the outcome of the investigation.

Known spamfilters

There are no confirmed commercial filters in use at Charter. They do appear to be using some commercial spamfiltering, possibly Cloudmark or Bizanga.
